The sleeve is completely different, it's a picture of Sting live, on white background, with "Sting - En concierto" written in black. The back sleeve is completely different too, with another live picture of Sting and the date of Spanish tour. The songs are the album version of Mad about you on A-side & All this time on B-side, and not live version has it can be imagine when you see the sleeve. Some of these 7" comes with a special press kit. It's A4 booklet with nice picture cover and details on the tour, biography...
