Jim Chang from Taiwan

1- Name - Surname - Nickname - age - city - country ?
My name is Jim Chang,(well..it's not the real translation from Chinese). I'm 21 years old,and I live in Taiwan,Taipei.

2- What did you do for living?
I'm a student, I have a part time job of a private teacher for senior and junior high school students when in school session. And I often have a part time job on my winter/summer vacation. Of course, all the little earning is spent for Sting itmes.

3- Sting or Police?
just Sting.

4- When did you start to collect Sting items and why?
My first knowledge of Sting is I bought a cassette of re-cover artists songs in 1996. There are some Sting songs, and in the meantime, Sting just released his "Mercury Falling". So I bought "Mercury Falling" as my first CD and falling in love with his music. But my real collecting is one day I felt so boring, so I went to eBay to see what it is in 2001. Since then I saw lots of incredible Sting items, and my hard life began.

5- What did you collect (everything, just CD, vinyl…)?
I was collecting all Sting's files (exp: non-album mp3, music videos) on P2P sofewares as the start.
When I found eBay, I decided to get the CDs and singles that particular and accetpable (according to my earing).

6- What is the item your are the proudest to have?
I do not have the realy rarest items for you real collectors. But I was lucky and proude to find the ...All This Time DVD + promo Notebook set in Taiwan. Few one knows it's exist even in Taiwan.

7- What is the item your definitely want top have?
I want to have all Sting Taiwan items for now. (lots of them are out of print as the music company go out of business)

8- What is your best remember about Sting and/or collecting?
I want to give my big thanks to Nicholas as him so nicely help me to get lots rare japanese items.

9- How many time did you see sting/Police live?
"0", Sting went to Taiwan twice for all 3 concerts in 1994 and 1996. It's pity that since I really know him, he doesn't come back again. Hope he'll back to the small island soon.
