Additional info: This is first the first of two promotional CD's from France. It is the complete album without any sleeve, just a plastic protection sleeve. The disc is silver with black writing. Some of them (as the one that I have!) comes with a press kit. This press kit comes in a black folder with a big A&M white label on the front. It contains 31 pages about the new album. This press kit is one of the more considerable, but the problem is that the pages are only text. There are no pictures, nothing.
